Welcome to the "509"
Hello and welcome to the EAA chapter 509 web page. Also known as Tri-County Sport Aviation, we serve Eau Claire, Dunn and Chippewa counties (and perhaps a bit more) in West-Central Wisconsin. We are a local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association. The chapter clubhouse is located at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport (KEAU), where meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month starting at 7:00 PM. EAA B17 at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport
Submitted by mjgundry on Tue, 05/05/2009 - 1:36pm.The EAA's B-17, Aluminum Overcast, will be at KEAU, CHippewa Valley Regional Airport on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 30th and July 1st. It is expected to arrive on Monday, June 29th. The EAA 509 will be selling hot dogs, chili, chips, soft drinks, and water on Tuesday and Wednesday.
